I wish to respond to any calls within at least 30 seconds. I would also love to host events that are unique and frequent. I don't want players sitting in a corner all day meditating, when they could be out and doing fun RP and getting valuable rewards for doing so. Having a strong staff team is essential for a good server. There will always be those minges and people who want to make everyone else's life miserable, and a strong staff team easily counters that. I will be a strong staff member that deals with those types of people. I want the server to succeed. What can you bring to our Server?: I can bring Experience, Dedication, Competency, and Creativity. I will respond to calls swiftly, and take care of sits without a biased mindset, and I will have an intelligent arguments to back up my choices. For example, if 2 people got in an argument of if a PK reason is valid or not, I would investigate the situation thoroughly and use common sense. I would then look over the PK reasons, in case I forget any, and decide on if the reason fits within those categorys. Of course, if the reason is a strange one, I would then decide on if it's legitamate reason or not, such as Murder. Although it may not be specifically listed as a PK reason, it's obviously a sensible PK reason.       As for my Experience, I understand the rules of JvS and don't have to look at the rules to remember them. I also know basically all ULX commands, and some Nutscript commands. (Although i will be needed reminders sometimes.)       For my Creativity, I can bring interesting and fun events to the table. I tend to have a very creative mind when it comes to problem solving, so if some idiot decides to mess with the event by doing something obscure, I would try and make that into the event, so it wouldn't ruin the event for everyone else.       With my Dedication, I tend to not Abuse, like at all. Since I was a VN staff, someone released a Doc that had documented all the staff that abused by spawning themselves in Holocrons. Out of the about 5-10 staff on the list, only about 3 people didn't abuse, including me. I believe that in order for a staff team to be successful, you shouldn't abuse your power, you should be active, and you shouldn't retire as a staff member within a week of becoming one.     My competency will bring a great amount to the server. I tend to be an above average intelligence, and I can use problem solving in just about any scenario. I can easily deal with cases swiftly.
